Greetings from sunny San Diego! I actually flew in Saturday night and the experience so far has been awesome. Most of the sessions actually happen Tuesday-Thursday but we’ve already kicked off the Admin training and the ITIL v3 bridge course (which I’m attending). I can say this; if I don’t pass the bridge exam today it won’t be because of the training. I can also say that if I don’t pass, I won’t be posting about it here! Consulting Portal has done an awesome job of presenting the material and making it interesting. I’m looking forward to learning more today.

I’m also looking forward to the rest of the week to meet a few of you and hopefully get some ideas on how we can help customers to be more successful in implementing and extending their Service-now implementations. I’ll be around for the entire week and will be assisting with the Troubleshooting and Incident/Problem management best practices sessions. On Thursday I’ll be presenting the Service-now JavaScripting lab. The lab will be geared towards those who have some knowledge of Service-now and JavaScript, but are really in the beginning stages of their learning process. Hopefully it will help someone along in their Service-now experience.

As far as SNCGuru goes, look for a few articles coming out this week! I’m hoping to get something posted daily throughout the conference. Jacob Andersen, who is responsible for most of the integration/SSO content on the site and a large part of the integration plugins in Service-now, should be posting an article or two as well. If you see either of us at Knowledge10, please introduce yourself.

Keep an eye out for new content here and let us know what you think! All SNCGuru articles will be tweeted under both the #servicenow and #know10 twitter hashtags so you can follow us there if you like.
