Hey Mark,
I thought I had seen something earlier in the week about an available ODBC connection for external reporting that would be available for the Fall release. However, I can’t find any reference to it now… have you heard anything about this?
Scott
Yeah, we saw a demo of this at training. It was scheduled for the Fall release but isn’t quite ready yet. My guess is that we’ll see it in the next stable build.
Was there any mention of account level controls centered around the ODBC connection? It would be nice if there is a role associated where by we can restrict access.
I’m not sure on the specifics of that one. I’d contact support with any question or request you might have. If you’ve got a good idea and it isn’t already included, you might be able to get it included in the next stable build.
